There was a thread about that, I asked why raster did all this (made
conf dialogs to modules). The answer is that its more useful for PDA
devices, Nokia n800 and such. It's because the dialog is too big and
some of the dialogs are useless on this kind of devices. So, unloading
some config modules would make E better on portable devices.
