This is not true. gcc 4 is actually quite new, in the grand scheme of compiler lifespan, and a lot of code does not compile with it. It is perfectly reasonable for a particular distribution to stick with gcc 3.x for the time being, and eina should not require gcc 4 to build. Michael -- Michael Jennings (a.k.a.
