I brought everything to wiki now. I think now we can point to the wiki from here http://www.enlightenment.org/p.php?p=docs&l=en
I would like to edit that page. Since it is not a wiki, I won't able to do that. Are they under SVN? If so can I change and commit? Oops, I think that is also not possible because I assume commit is not available for all. So what are all the options?
