Closer than ever :-) But here is the TODO that is currently left : http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/wiki/Release When this is done, we can switch to beta stage (bugs hunting, no feature added) and after a few beta, we can make a release of Enlightenment 17. That's the plan, and every one can contribute, we have a lot of material TODO, code, bug reports, docs, infra and artwork. We could also receive help in marketing current advance, think about blog post, conference and other material (T-Shirt, Poster, ...). So anyone with the will to help, can find a place. We have a lot of empty room !
