I am also using Arch Linux since now Saturday, and it's package rocks
! You don't need easy_e17.sh. Just use abs to retrieve the package
manifest, in the directory where you find the package manifest, just
run makepkg. It will retrieve last source from svn and generate an up
to date package, that you could install with pacman -U package. As far
as I remember me, you will find this package in community.
