Hello.

I am using e16 as my preferred window manager. I am also using a panel
like gnome-panel or fbpanel.

I expected that making a window fullscreen would cover the panel, but
that does not happen. The setting misc.place.ignore_struts controls
placement of windows over the panels. But it is too general. It is used
for placing new windows, maximizing windows and making windows
fullscreen.

I would like to be able to have fullscreen windows really taking the
fullscreen, but without changing the behaviour of placement of new
windows and maximizing windows regarding the panel.

So my suggestion is to split the misc.place.ignore_struts into two
setting: one new setting that would be used only for fullscreen windows,
and another for the other cases.

Regarads,

José Romildo
