Besides from being feature-rich, highly customizable, and easy to use, 
my top five favorite features are:
1)  Dual independentscreens; i.e.;  flipping desktops on the left screen 
does not cause the right screen to also flip desktops.

2)  Clicking on the desktop gives me:
         left click - main menu
         middle click - window list
         right click Favorite Application list

3) Separate Itask NG bars for each screen with their own Taskbar, Gadcon 
and Launcher

4) Placing shelves where I want.

5) True transparency
