svg loader itself hasn't been touched. i did add a new generic loader and make
the "externsion checker/guesser" handle a double extension (.svg.gz for example
as opposed to only handling .svgz) so it may be loading an icon "first guess"
rather than "nth guess" now which may impact memory layout etc.

but if there was a bug.. and i'm sure there was and is, it hasn't gone. it's
still there. oddly enough i never see this issue with librsvg, but i know
people have it. i suspect its due to evas wanting to UNLOAD the svg loader from
memory when no longer needed, and that really pisses it off. :)
