This is not the first time I've brought up this issue, but I've never gotten a solid response on the issue.
Basically every so often (and it seems random at best) certain user's will have to wipe out their custom profiles in order for Enlightenment to start after an update (until they wipe out their profile custom profile E just segfaults at startup). What on earth is changing that causes this? It really puts me between a rock a hard place: Do I ship out updates to keep users current, forcing them to get random dumps till they default their settings. Do I let the E revision become stale. Any input would be great. This has been happening fairly consistently for as long as I have been building E updates for Bodhi. The only thing I can't seem to figure out is exactly what in the user's custom configurations causes the segfaults, because my default profiles always seem to work without complaint... -- ~Jeff Hoogland <http://jeffhoogland.com/> Thoughts on Technology <http://jeffhoogland.blogspot.com/>, Tech Blog Bodhi Linux <http://bodhilinux.com/>, Enlightenment for your Desktop ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ridiculously easy VDI.
