So I posted before that I was getting some segfaults after building updates with custom profiles. The suggestion was I rebuild all E related packages in usage - am I doing this now and the same thing still happens. The difference now though is that if I do a full X restart the segfaults stop never to be seen again (until the next update).
So what is the X restart refreshing that a simple E restart (or exit) is not which is causing segfaults after an update?
