ok, your problem is common to all people installing in a prefix different from
/usr or /usr/local, including me :)
to workaround it you should create a symlink in
~/.local/share/dbus-1/services/org.enlightenment.Efreet.service pointing to
/opt/e17/share/dbus-1/services/org.enlightenment.Efreet.service.
you might also want to add to your ~/.xsessionrc the following line as it
fixes also other similar problems:
export XDG_DATA_DIRS="/opt/e17/share:/usr/share:/usr/local/share"
