Drop your profile configuration from .e/e/config into 
/usr/share/enlightenment/data/config (typing that path from memory, so might be 
slightly off), copy the .desktop file from one of the other pre-defined 
profiles to your new one and edit it to your liking. Then users will be able to 
select this custom profile from the E17 startup wizard.
