As always, this is the useless Ubuntu forever not packaging anything
correctly. Ubuntu is still providing a 13 months old package for
Enlightenment and EFL. I can only recommend you to switch to a more
decent distribution, there are plenty of them out there.
   If you really can't, I am not sure there is a ppa for Enlightenment
on 13.04, so you better look at how to build from source. Yeah, enjoy
Ubuntu ! Be aware that in the past year, Ubuntu was never able to
provide all the -dev package needed to build EFL and Enlightenment
without breaking them. In one 12.10, it was GnuTLS that was broken.
Let us know what you discover in this newly awesome version...
