I'm having this issue with E19 and new user accounts - basically some cache isn't being properly generated the first time E is start (I think).
The first time a new user starts E19 the application menu is empty (show categories where apps should be, but they are blank). Then a segfault happens and after you press f1 the system codes back and the applications are there where you expect them to be.
