I read the following in the Phabricator:
after all, your desktop configurator tool can translate .png or .jpg images to .edj for you to use them as backgrounds. Where is this magical tool? I've been building my own .edj files for this purpose. Not that it's that hard but it would be nice to know where these types of things are instead of just reading that they exist somewhere.
