In my case, it says mode:raster. I know that option works as I've tested it some time ago, but I can't help you much more than that, I'm in e19 and don't really use that. I'm also using the 'places' gadget which also has an automount option, I know using a gadget for what the desktop should do is not the solution, but it can do the trick AND it also has a cool gadget
