There is not. However, you probably are using gnome and just are not aware of it. A lot of applications do use gnome infrastructure and will start the gnome services. Feel free to remove those files, but don't wonder if they magically reappear at some point. If E is configured to start some of those services, it will do so even without any gnome applications running, so you'd have to disable that (in Config->Apps->Desktop Environments) as well.
