Raise a bug in Debian, they are missing this patch I wrote ages ago
which only got accepted upstream recently, it adds proper support for
enlightenment so it will call "enlightenment-open" in this case. Someone
stuffed up and added enlightenment support too `1-2 commands but not the
rest which made everything else worse.
