Finally came around to check the vote, make a summary and setup the final vote which should give us the location and date we can work with. Since the last update we got two more votes (making in 16 in total). Here is how they spread out: Location: Cambridge: 13 Malta: 11 London: 10 Barcelona: 8 Staines: 6 Dates: 02. + 03.11: 10 07. + 08.09: 6 26. + 27.10: 5 21. + 22.09: 4 This brings us to the final vote I just set up. I reduced the location options to three. Malta, Cambridge and Barcelona. The first two have the highest votes and Barcelona also has hosting offered. I dropped London as there was no offered hosting which makes it complicated for me to handle and its only an hour train ride to Cambridge anyway. As for dates I skipped the ones in September as it would be impossible for me to organize things by then. I also added a few more in November as that seemed a popular month. https://phab.enlightenment.org/V45 Again, I can not guarantee that the location and date with the most votes will really be what I pick, as there are sometimes other problems which make it unsuitable, but I will try very hard to go with the highest votes. Recordings: There have been requests for recording and maybe live streaming. We tried this before two times and it failed both times. If we have someone wanting to handle this and give it another try I would be happy to have it, but I am not putting this on my plate :-) User sessions: Another topic of questions have been about users of Enlightenment or applications which are no developers. We are happy to have them. This just started out as a meeting for developers to coordinate, but that does not mean it only for them. If we have enough people interested we could go and have a half a day of sessions on user topics like Enlightenment and other EFL apps. Lengthy mail, time to cut it off.
