Apparently I missed this due to conferences etc, but the Alt+Tab is the kind of report I was looking for I never use it so I never noticed that It hasn't been rethemed so it now has a bug report[1] I also cleaned up a bunch of the error reporting so it should be much cleaner again so maybe try and pull the latest and see where you end up and we can work from there. Currently both those themes are building fine for me.
