no - because the right ay is to extend winlist. if you read the TODO:

https://git.enlightenment.org/core/enlightenment.git/tree/TODO

it's there. what it needs is a non-linear layout with larger miniatures ...
otherwise the rest of the infra is the same that winlist has already. a whole
module just for this is a much less maintainable way to do this.
