I will have to build them myself. the AUR packages/builds are for git and are always up to date because they build from git. there are no RELEASE versions in aur. the core arch packages are a bit out of date though. lucky for you... i regularly build/update an arch pkg repo for efl etc. https://www.enlightenment.org/docs/distros/archlinux-start.md right there - the first instructions say how to set up that repo and add it to arch (should work for manjaro too).
