I... don't know. :) You will have to ask the fedora guys. if you see an
Xwayland process running ... it's in wl mode. E provides session files for both
wayland and x .. and it's the login manager if you log in via that that decides
what to run. If you sitch to a normal text vt/tty and log in there and run
enlightenment_start e will launch in wl mode (as there will be no xserver to
talk to so it'll fail to init that way).
