As noted, Arch (or perhaps a derivative) is the best for having the latest e, and rasterman always had a build ready for it. Simon Lees works with OpenSUSE, so that may be a possibility. For several years I have been using Mageia. The stable version can sometimes fall behind the latest e as new versions come out about every other year. I also use the development version (Cauldron) on my main machine. Not recommended for production, but I'm careful and use it daily. PCLinuxOS has no official version of e, but there is a very active member who produces a release with the latest e -- and the distro is designed to be rolling. To check it out, go to their forum which as a section on e.
