But can you show me an example of your problem? A video - with some
description? Some way I can reproduce your issue because I have not seen any
issues in what I have been poking about.

I open "tools -> create command line launcher" and dialog pops up over center of
main intellij window - no problem.

... dialogs are up and everything is visible.

the main window doesn't move screens ... i can select the windows from intellij
in ibar - and they do what they should... ?
