there is no way for e to match the .desktop file to the browser windows - the
wmclass is not listed in desktop file that the windows use. the
command/executable doesn't match the wm command property set on the window etc.
etc. - otherwise it's match it up. there is netwm_pid and the netwm startup id
properties but these are lost on the e side if you restart e (as it tracks
these in memory with an instance structure per process it e runs until that
process exits).
