Ok, that explains why I had to adjust the "low power" slider before it
had any effect while my laptop was plugged in. It's kind of confusing,
though, because the "low power" slider has a picture of a battery, and
the "high power" slider has a picture of a power plug. Can i suggest
switching those icons? Or does this have to do with the bug you
mentioned?

Thanks, that will help me figure out what it's supposed to be doing,
and hopefully show if something else is interfering (doubtful, as i
assume it would have affected the old module, too).
