There is or was a known problem with 'capacitor fatigue' (I think it was 
called).
We had a load of failures in the past and still have the occasional one.
Enterasys sent new power supplies and we swapped these ourselves.  Been OK 
since then.

I think they can identify affected PSUs if you send them the serial numbers of 
the A2s.  They were very helpul and pro-active here.
