Yves,

The non-auth filter gets applied first to the user. You need to make sure to
allow DNS (53) and the IP interface of the VNS in order for the page to pop.

Hi,

We acquired a Wireless Controller C20 and would like to set it up with the
Guest Portal option.

We followed the VNS Wizard but after the configuration is done, we have not
able to surf. We get an ip address via DHCP but then nothing else. Even if we
try to connect directly to the ip address of the controller we receive a blank
page.

What else do we need to do to enable the Guest Portal option on the C20?

NOTE: Without the Guest Portal option, we are able to surf freely on the
internet so by this we assume that our network configuration is working
correctly but we would like people to authenticate via the Guest Portal.

Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Yves
