We suspect it is due to either earth loops / cabling issues / AC power noise. Little idea what it means other than a value the switch is seeing, isn't what it's expecting to. Maybe the current draw a PoE device is using, versus what it is requesting? In my experience these log entries often precede a reset of the POE controller (DFE has a dedicated processor for POE management), and power is cut to all devices while it reboots.
