https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SquidUpdates does not include focal. Closing
that as wontfix.
For jammy, there is nothing to merge. The latest version was 5.9, which
is what we have there.
For noble, we may want to go for 6.10, but then, we will also want to
push that to oracular since it is still in 6.9.
