And, unfortunately, as Paul has pointed out in response to a similar post of
mine, Entourage's AS dictionary doesn't allow for distinguishing between
"Home" and "Work" email addresses. Bummer.
You can get every email address, or the default email address, but you can't
tell whether any of them are for home, work or whatever.
Paul also posted a possible workaround when adding a *new* contact, which is
to set the default postal address to home before adding the email address.
In his tests this seemed to also set the added email address as being the
"home" address.
But it doesn't seem to work on an existing contact, at least not
consistently. I attempted deleting the default email address (after setting
a variable to the contents), setting the default postal address, then
setting a new default email address. In some cases it ended up as the home
email address, but in most it had no effect.
Allen, do you have something that seems to work for this?
