SnapzPro (shareware) is an excellent application. You can set to save as
gif, jpg, or pict. The newest version has gotten lots more features and also
very pricey. You might want to checkout Flash-It.
Just remember to set it to GIFs for screen shots, JPEG for photos. These
are much smaller then the PICT format.
