Importing from Palm Desktop

Title: Importing from Palm Desktop

Hi,

I just got Office 2001, mostly because of Entourage, and I have a problem. I want to import from my Palm Desktop file and I can’t do it.

First Problem:

Entourage couldn’t find my Palm database. I figured out from reading the archives that I had to rename my Palm file to “User Data” and put it into a “Users” folder in the Palm folder, which I have done.

Second Problem:

Now when I go to import, Entourage flashes by the import and says “Import Cancelled”.
I noticed on the archive that someone else had this same problem. I REALLY want to get all my contacts into one program; please help!
