For those who want Entourage to "do stationery", I've just posted a suite of
scripts:

They're called "eStationery" and is actually three scripts for the three
most common ways to get stationery in Entourage �
(1) Use a signature
(2) Resend a message
(3) Add the contents of a text file to a message
The scripts make it easy to select a signature, or a message to resend, or a
text file, to use for the new message. Add a recipient manually, or you can
select text that contains an email address, OR any combination of
contacts/groups/incoming messages. With text selected, that text is used as
the recipient. For the others, an appropriate recipient is extracted, and a
new message created for each selected item.
