At some point you've told Entourage to just Save when you close a window
such as a Task, Contact, etc, instead of asking. Go to General Preferences,
click on the Notification tab, then click on the Reset Confirmation Dialogs
button and you'll be asked about saving when you close the window. If you
check the "Don't ask" checkbox, though, you'll be back where you are now.
