You can play with custom-sizing in Word's Tools-->Envelopes…, and perhaps in your printer's setting for Page Setup (Custom). I would suggest that you subscribe to the microsoft.public.word.macword2001 newsgroup you'll find listed if you click on the Microsoft News Server icon in your folder pane, and ask there. You'll get a detailed informed answer very quickly.
One of our HP printers prints incorrectly. You can fix this in Word. Tools-> Envelopes-> click on the Position button. You might have to play around a bit to get it correct.
