including scripts for exporting multiple contacts to other users or identities of Entourage, with all the trimmings, and to and from Outlook Express 5.5 Windows, with whatever trimmings I could squeeze in. As soon as I can get my hands on a copy of Outlook 2000, I hope to work out a better export/import there. It could take a while. I have also posted similar scripts for OE 5. Export Selected Contacts E-E
with Record Category in Field and Apply Category to Imports
Entourage facilitates exporting and importing entire Address Books or individual contacts as vCards, but not several contacts at once. This script enables you to export multiple contacts, or even entire groups, easily – either to another Entourage user (via email or Zip or floppy disks) or simply from one of your Identities to another. It can include Categories in the export.

Export Selected Contacts E-Win
with Converter for Importing Contacts from OE 5.5 Windows
Entourage facilitates exporting and importing individual contacts as vCards, which can be imported into email clients on Windows computers, but not several contacts at once. This script takes a first step, by enabling you to export and import multiple contacts, groups or even your entire Address Book, to and from Outlook Express 5.5 on Windows. From there you can export in turn to Outlook 2000 Windows. OE 5.5’s import/export is very limited, so the export script transcribes Entourage fields which don’t get imported into the Notes, in order that you have all the information there and can complete the process manually if you wish. The Converter script enables you to export from OE Windows to Entourage, again taking care of field and text conversions.

Record Category in Field
This script records contacts’ categories in a Custom Field of your choice, and will be displayed (if you have enough room) on the contacts’ Summary cards when opened. Remove Duplicate Recipients E
When you drag multiple contacts from Custom Views or groups from the Address Book into a new email message, you will often find that you have managed to drag the same contacts and/or group members several times if they appear in more than one category or group. This can be very annoying to the recipients who get three copies of the same message, or very tedious for you to try to weed out the multiple appearances; and not even possible in the case of group members. This script will do it for you within a few seconds.

Make Event Selected Text
With this script, you can automatically turn a message sent to you with the details of an upcoming event into the notes for a new Calendar Event, already named. All you have to do is enter the start and end times and the location in the new Event window already open for you.
