Is the mail still in OE? If it is, just Import.
There is a remove duplicates AppleScript that will take care any duplicates.

If everything is in Entourage, you can't merge identities by importing. You
could resend everything, but that's time consuming. I suggest....
Drag to desktop, switch identities and drag back. Needless to say you create
a folder on the desktop first. :-)
You might want to consider leaving your old mail in an archive identity.
It's easy to switch if you need to find old mail.
I've been using this method to archive mail so my main folder is lean and
quick. After John Carlsen gets his archiver running I will archive to FMP.
