Very odd...I get the same thing Paul gets, which is a straight apostrophe,
rather than a curly one.

So I went looking for a setting of some kind for this, but couldn't find
one. Then I thought that maybe the settings in Word affected it, but I
couldn't find anything there that would account for it, either. The only one
that might apply is Auto-Correct's "replace straight quotes with curly
quotes", which I had unchecked. But checking it doesn't cause Entourage to
use a curly apostrophe.

Still, it seems that some setting, somewhere, must account for this. Maybe
there's one I overlooked. Or perhaps some totally unrelated setting is
having this effect, in which case it is certainly a bug.
