I'm helping a friend convert from AOL to Entourage.
We're doing this over the phone, and all's well, up to the point of
importing her AOL data into E'rage.
Since AOL is not one of the programs listed in E'rage's importing steps,
we're using the other 2 options, which are "from a text file", and then
guessing that it's a tab/comma delimited file, and choosing that option.
It runs through its process, but when it's done, and she opens her E'rage
address book, it says that there are 1300 items displayed, but aside from
her own address record, only the column "Category" shows up ("None"), and
clicking on any of those 1300 records shows nothing.
Is there any easy way to import from AOL?
