Done already. Let me know if you want a copy. It's quite sophisticated.
Because Network System Prefs (from Apple Computer, Inc.) is not yet
scriptable like Location Manager was in OS 9, you have to enter the names of
your locations the first time, otherwise it does it all for you, including
excepting specified accounts, etc.
