Same boat here!! Mine was shipped on the 20th. I called Microsoft and they gave me a tracking number. Unfortunately, that has added to my agony(grin). It spent 3 days in Cincinnati(after arriving there the 23rd) and has now been in Minneapolis for the last two days.
Pony Express here we come! ;-)
