I finally received my Office X upgrade today. I note that it was sent from Ohio, via MEDIA MAIL. For those who don't know, Media mail is 4th class mail for media, but is slow -- typically 5 to 7 days (or more) for delivery. Ironically the package is light enough that FIRST CLASS would have cost the same or less, but would have gotten delivered much faster.
I think the MBU unit ought to find a better fulfillment organization. I haven't tried installing yet -- I probably have the wrong product key.
