Sorry, I can't help --
but just as a sidenote -- why bothering with email archive for just
3.000 messages???

E'rage handles multiples of those messages with *decent* speed,
personally I have about 100.000 messages handled by E'rage (classic),
largest folder is above 15.000. Speed varying from descent to bearable.
 
Simply, stay within E'rage, archiving is anything between nonsense and
amusement for your amount of messages. (btw, I have another 100.000 of
messages archived, simply using another identity. Easily accessible and
*fast* (compared to super slow filemaker)

My advice, no need to deploy filemaker unless you need it to do further
automated message processing.
