Allen Thanks for your guidance on the script. I joined lines where needed. The final error message was "Expected 'end' or 'end tell' but found end of script." I wrote in 'end tell' and the script syntax completed. Whew.
Stored it in "Entourage Script Menu Items." In Entourage, I highlight a contact and run the script. Entourage then creates error message: "The variable shortcut is not defined." What do I need to do differently?
