Gary, I am copying this to the Entourage list, since I don't have a definitive answer for you. First of all, it is essential to know which versions of the Mac OS and of Entourage you are using. Without knowing that all I can say is that the issue has come up before, without a clear solution. The problem is dialing telephone numbers. On OS X, particularly, reliable tools for doing that have not yet appeared. Even on OS 9, where I attempted this, I had problems such as intermittent failure to dial, crashing of the helper application that I was using to do the dialing--a piece of shareware that was scriptable--and so on. I gave up the effort; for me, it was easier just to dial manually! Several people have made requests to the Mac Business Unit to add dialing of phone numbers to Entourage; one would hope that if it is added for contact phone numbers, it could be accessed by script to dial other numbers as well. -- Microsoft MVP for Entourage/OE/Word Allen Watson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> XNS name: =Allen Watson Applescripts for Outlook Express and Entourage: <http://homepage.mac.com/allenwatson/> -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
