Sorry Diane, I have posted all of this before, but I guess you missed it.
Well, I completely reformatted my hard drive and partitioned to a 3.5 G OS 9
partition and a 24.5 G OS X partition. Reinstalled everything with the
latest updates. I have searched every forum, asked anyone I could, and
tried just about everything imaginable to solve this problem.

I am running a powerbook G4 500 with 768 M ram. If I take my computer home
at night, I shut it down. That would be about 80% of the time. Could you
fill me in on MacJanitor? I don't know what that is. Should I not trust
the operating system to shut down itself properly?

I threw out the entire Microsoft folder in the preferences. For good luck,
I even trashed my explorer prefs. It didn't seem to help. Word is also
crashing on me, maybe after 20-30 minutes of working. I have now turned off
all my rules (they are simple rules that don't use any special
applescripting) and deleted my third hotmail account. We'll see if that
helps.

Actually, I would like to learn more about the "known issue" with having
more than 2 hotmail accounts. I have never heard of it until someone
recently mentioned it. I used three accounts with Entourage 2001 with no
problems at all.

One final thought. I do not have any pop account set up in Entourage. So,
nothing is set up for the main inbox. Could this possible be part of my
problem?

Diane, and everyone, thanks much for your help!
