Everybody gets that the first time, Richard. The main identity in Entourage
is called "Main Identity" by default. You have to change its name to
"Richard Shane" if that's what it's called on the Palm. The easiest way is
to go to the File menu in Entourage 2001 and choose Switch Identities. (If
you have any Office application, including Reminders, you'll be told to turn
them off first. You turn off 2001 Reminders in the Control Strip at the
bottom of your screen.) Then try again. When you Switch Identities, a window
will com up. You probably have only Main Identity. With that selected, press
the Rename button, rename it to Richard Shane, and press the OK 9or is it
Switch) button to go back there. Now you can turn Reminders again. For good
measure you should probably quit Entourage once after doing this renaming
before you do a first sync Then Handheld Overwrites Entourage is correct.
