I am using Entourage 2001 on my iMac 333 with 96 meg of RAM. I am also trying to move to Entourage X on my iBook. For the past 2-3 months, I have been unable to view the graphics that are included in the iMac Update email newsletter from Apple. I see a frame on the screen with a small red square with an "X" in it where the graphic should be. I have the preferred size set to 20,000 K in the Microsoft Entourage Info box.
On my iBook (just moved the database over), I'm also unable to view the graphics while running under OS X. I'd appreciate some suggestions as to how this might be resolved in both machines. Thanks!
